Our approach

We work with one-on-one sessions and InCompany routes and combine theatre techniques with an understanding of business:

theatre techniques help you adopt a stance, find your voice, and convey your message,

understanding business contributes to discovering your role in the whole.

Characteristics of our work with you:

• trying out behaviour,
• exercising techniques,
• exploring your role in the workplace,
• ‘take two’, trying again,
• checking what makes you feel at ease, and
• building on your personal style.

After an introductory talk, we draw up a proposal tailored to your needs. Usually the work takes place in a theater, or in a similar spacious location.
